My SURE-FIRE Supplement Stack
There are very few supplement companies I have any faith in. Over the past few years, I have definitely been able to use myself as a guinea pig. Through this trial and error period, I have been able to look at the science behind each of these products as well as put them to the “real life” test. I know what is good and what plain sucks. It is through this process that I have been able to come up with my Ultimate Physique Repartitioning Stack.
By incorporating the following products into my Cycle Carb Diet approach, you can do much to ensure the absolute best results possible. Below is a list and description of the perfect “cutting” product stack followed by my personal use schedule and how I incorporate them.
JIM’S SURE-FIRE CUTTING STACK
1. Mitotropin - Thermogenic Mitochondrial Uncoupling Agent
2. Anabolic O.D. - Mega-Dosed Post-Workout Hyper-Anabolic Creatine System
3. Freak Fix Muscle Whey - Scientifically Superior Protein Matrix
4. Multipro 32X - The Serious Athlete’s Multi-Vitamin Multi-Mineral
5. Myo-D - Omega-3 EPA-Amino Hybrid
1. Mitotropin - I take 3 scored MitoTABS in the morning 30 minutes prior to my AM meal and another 3 scored MitoTABS about 8 hours later before my pre-workout shake. It is not recommended to use Mitotropin for more than 30 days without taking 30 days off in between. For continuous “off-Mitotropin” conditioning, I will use CYTOLEAN to achieve the greatest shape of my life this season!
2. Anabolic O.D. - The effects of this potent Creatine powerhouse will help me stay highly motivated. I take one serving in 6-8 ounces of water immediately after training.
3. Freak Fix Muscle Whey - This ultra-high quality protein source is a delicious treat while dieting. I always use 2 scoops of this product in 12 ounces of water post-workout (sip it after I have already downed my Anabolic O.D.). In addition to that, on my low-carb days I have two additional shakes. On my higher carb days, I use a complete, great tasting MRP like Lean Body for those two shakes.
4. Multipro 32X - This is an absolutely perfect compliment to proper nutrition. And NEVER underestimate the importance of a high-quality vitamin/mineral supplement. Especially when calories are lower and the variety of foods eaten are lessened. I use this supplement twice a day. One tablet with my first meal and one with my last.
5. Myo-D - If you haven’t heard of the benefits of EFA’s by now, you need to do some more homework. In addition to the standard pro’s of a normal EFA, Myo-D’s unique formula is shown in research to Reduce Muscle Breakdown, Stimulate an Increase in Protein Synthesis, Reduce Inflammation, Reduce Body Fat, and Increase Lean Muscle Mass. I take two caps with Meal 1 and two more with my last meal.
Note: One other supplement that is worth mentioning is Novedex XT. This #1 selling testosterone Booster & anti-aromatase compound is an absolutely perfect compliment to the program. It will do wonders in helping to lower body fat and preserve precious muscle while dieting. Although I am not presently using it, it is one that I will add down the road and use in a 4 week on, 4 week off cycle approach, taking 2 capsules before bedtime on every day of the 4 week cycle.
